The Business Council of Mongolia is inviting you to the BCM KSS by Ch. Davaasuren, Director of Research and Development of Mongolian Marketing Consulting Group (MMCG), under the topic "Mid-term (2024-2035) Demand and Supply Forecast of the Mongolian Labor Market". This KSS will be held on 14 May 2024 from 14:00-16:00 at Shangri-La Office, Suite #2203.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, in collaboration with the Labor and Social Security Training Evaluation Research Institute, partnered with the Mongolian Marketing Consulting Group (MMCG) to conduct a study on Mongolian labor market. The research titled "Mid-term (2024-2035) Demand and Supply Forecast of the Mongolian Labor Market" was completed in January 2024. According to the findings, by 2035,Generation Z, or individuals born after the year 2000, will constitute 43 percent of Mongolia's working-age population. Additionally, the study identified a shortage of over 300,000 workers in the country. Among other significant findings, the research provides recommendations for policy changes in the labor market.
In response to these findings, the BCM, in collaboration with MMCG, is organizing a Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) for BCM members and partners. Ch. Davaasuren, Director of Research and Development of MMCG will present the findings of the "Mid-term (2024-2035) Demand and Supply Forecast of the Mongolian Labor Market" study and facilitate discussions among attendees on current labor market trends.
